My team’s entry for the 2026 Global Game Jam. In this 2.5D platformer, you play a performer in a stage show about a jester on their way to slay the king. Swap between Comedy and Tragedy masks to interact with different performers, reveal hidden routes, and slow down time to have a better chance at completing stunts correctly. The more points you earn by picking up flowers and getting your lines right, the better the performance goes and the better the audience reacts at the end.
My main tasks for this project were mostly to do with anything involving the point system, the other performers, UI, and implementing animations for the Jester and the King. I also implemented the little burst of confetti that spawns when you switch masks.
